An eye-opener indeed.
// Ciri-ciri lelaki dan wanita...
// Bukan sahaja komen-komen polis, malah jawapan-jawapan yang tidak membantu dari jiran, ketua kampung, dan pegawai pejabat agama pun ada.
When i hold your hand, I could fly a zillion miles with you. When I see your grace, I can see you're God's words come true. Every little bird above the haze, and fish beneath the waves, knows about you... wouldn't they do.
When I see your eyes, I can see rainbows in the sky. Being with you, all who parted reunite. Every little pearl drop in the clouds, and stones beneath the ground, are waiting for you... wouldn't they do.
Whatever you say lightens up the burden of the day. Whatever you do makes us ever want to follow you.
Whatever they say, Whatever they do, I'll always love you.
Every burning comet that zooms, and angels too, think about you... wouldn't they do.
Thinkin' bout you, I could climb a mountain in the dark. Listenin' to you, Flowers dance in the park.
Whatever they say, whatever they do, We'll always love you.
The words that you say, lightens up the burdens of the day. Whatever you do, makes us want to follow you.
Whatever they say, Whatever they do, I'll always love you.
Scared of losing all the time He wrote it in a letter He was a friend of mine He heard you could see your future Inside a glass of water The ripples and the rhymes He asked "Will I see heaven in mine?"
That is just the way it was Nothing could be better And nothing ever was Oh they say you could see your future, Inside a glass of water With riddles and the rhymes Will I see heaven in mine? Oh Oh Oh
Ah Son, dont ask, Neither how full nor empty is your glass Cling to the mast Spend your whole life living in the past Going nowhere fast
So he wrote it on the wall The hollowest of halos Is no halo at all Televisions said and past In figurines and leaders saying nothing at all And he chimed stars in heaven aligned Oh Oh Oh
Ah Son, dont ask, Neither how full nor empty is your glass Cling to the mast Spend your whole life living in the past Going nowhere fast

What are we drinking when were done? Glasses of water...
Let's get back to work - peperiksaan menjelang tiba...
1. Huh better finish reading this before it turns into a heavy paperweight. Argh! 2. Recommended by Dr Haniffah, hmmm it seems the author is a neurologist too. Bacaan lepas peperiksaan. 3. Best coupled with lecture notes. 4. Same as the above.
Saban tahun ia semakin sarat. Hmmm... bilakah Pusat Konvensyen Kuala Lumpur akan menjadi tuan rumah? 2010? 2011? 2015?
// Tahun lepas sempat aku bergambar SN A. Samad Said. Syabas! Sebelum aku beransur pergi, beliau bertanya, "Lagi satu, budak-budak Ireland ada cakap saya ini Syiahkah?"
Tahun ini? Berjumpa dengan teman-teman lama. Heh dunia ini memang kecil rupanya...
Tahun-tahun mendatang - GKLN dan pelbagai penerbit-penerbit indie turut membuka gerai. Jom!
Last Monday our group went to Pusat Serenti BM to see what's happening in drug rehab programme. We need it to make our Psychiatry postings more holistic... you know the 'BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL' has become the buzzword. Anyway, it was a visit to remember!
We managed to witness the 'Morning Meeting' in front of our very eyes (and ears), before we had a briefing with the Pusat Serenti admin. Later, all of us got a chance to clerk an inmate to brush up our skills.
What really strikes me until now is how the inmates conduct their 'Morning Meeting'. As part of the therapy (behaviour modification, that sort of thing), few of them were allowed to stand up and address the whole community about all the violations and mistakes the inmates did recently.
Well, like our Surgery proforma, they have their own skeleton to adhere to:
Greet the floor Selamat Sejahtera Family! Apa khabar semua?
The Incident or KEJADIAN Semalam ada satu insiden telah berlaku. 3 hari 3 malam! Saya hendak ahli keluarga yang terlibat bangun sekarang!
The Confession 4 orang terus berdiri.
Pinpoint the attitude or SIKAP Apa punya sikap? Ini tidak bertanggungjawab! Tak prihatin! Pemalas! Apa? Rendam lama hendak buat jerukkah?
The Consequences or AKIBAT Kesannya, ahli family lain tak dapat nak guna baldi. Baju pun tak boleh pakai sebab tengah rendam. Inilah dia sikap tak bertanggungjawab!
Rekindle the olden days or KAIT MASA SILAM Kait masa silam, kita dulu mana ada nak basuh baju. Seluar seminggu tak basuh sedap saja pakai. Kita sibuk duduk high saja dengan dadah. Itulah masa silam!
Quote of the day or FALSAFAH/MINDA HARI INI Kait dengan falsafah hari ini. Tiada makan percuma. Kita kena berusaha sendiri.
I shall stop bashing you, because I also have faults what?
Sekian, terima kasih.

On another note, I will be seating for my Lembaga Akreditasi Negara / MQA classes on Islamic Studies beginning today, as I have not done the module in my pre-uni courses. Oh well.
FYI, there were only 3 of us - the teacher, and 2 students!

Aiya, habislah duit aku...
Unfortunately, it doesn't really reflect what's going on in life.
The same can be said for Fiqh for Medicine - dynamic and lots of grey area...
//Mr Pres - Nur Asyhraff
//Dr Basri PhD, University Darul Iman Kusza
//His slides - its good to revise our knowledge on Fiqh. We've learned much about Legal Medicine, this is the Islamic version of them.
//Here comes Dr Harmy, a stauch PAPISMA activist. He shared a lot of stories - in summary, we have to make small, meaningful changes first, before initiating bigger ones.
