Hmmm... few questions to begin with,
"At what levels would you consider inserting the needle for lumbar puncture?"Explain to me how would you anesthesise a woman who is about to deliver a baby?"
"Describe the course of great saphenous vein from here to way up."
"How can you make sure the collateral ligament is intact?"
and alot more, of which sometimes make the creme de la creme perplexes into oblivion; let alone the average one!
